Moorfield Riding Centre is a small, friendly riding school situated north of Peterborough.
The centre was established in 1998 starting with one horse and three ponies. We have grown from strength to strength now accommodating a variety of horses and ponies. We are an approved centre for the Association of British Riding Schools, as well as being a recognised Pony Club Centre. The facilities we offer include an outdoor floodlit all weather rubber and silica sand surface, jumping paddock, fourteen acres of paddocks, a heated lecture room and riding wear shop.
Lessons are competitively priced and well run. We try to aim for safe, fun learning in every lesson and take great care to avoid accidents. We are keen to see clients progress, but are also sympathetic towards nervous riders and beginners of any age. Lessons are based on ability and age groupings and every rider's progress monitored individually. We recommend that people ride once a week minimum since it is hard to make good progress on less frequent intervals, but we are happy to book people when convenient to them.
