LATE CANCELATIONS
Please may we remind all our clients that in the event of a lesson or ride being cancelled less than 24 hours and also in the event of non attendance, a full charge will be made.
We regret that this will apply whatever the cause of cancellation in order to avoid a general surcharge that would have to be added on to all lessons in order to cover staffing and running costs. It is extremely difficult for us to fill lessons at such short notice although running costs still have to be met.
With co-operation we will be able to avoid increasing lesson prices simply to cover loss of income due to riders not advising us they are unable to attend
Clothing must be sensible and waterproof as lessons continue during winter months
